Job Description

Nurse Manager- ICU/CCU Full Time- Day Shift This position is responsible for organizing, planning, directing and administering the ICU/CCU at the facility. This position oversees all patient care within the units that is provided by numerous disciplines. All nursing personnel working within the unit reports directly to this position. The scope of this position includes overseeing budgetary, financial, quality management, process improvement, program development, human resource issues, and to ensure that quality care is provided to patients and families from all staff under the guidelines of professional, departmental, and hospital standards, policies and procedures. Bachelor Degree or current enrollment is required. Previous management experience is preferred. Requires three to five years critical care RN experience.
