Director of Quality/Risk Management Inpatient Facility Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available! Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the facility Patient Safety Plan. Will also be the facility Patient Safety Officer. Coordinates and facilitates clinical risk management activities to prevent and/or minimize losses associated with identifiable risks, and to minimize and prevent claims of general and professional liability against the facility. Clinical risk management activities also include oversight of automobile claims, and property claims. Provides leadership to maintain National Patient Safety Goal compliance for the facility.
