Responsibilities:
Manages nursing department for the facility
Maintains quality standards of care, advises medical staff, department heads and Administrator in nursing care matters
Establishes goals and objectives
Directs nursing staff.

Requirements for this job:
Current RN license within the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred)
One to six years in long term care or acute health care experience preferred
Minimum two years supervisory experience required
Able to travel to regional or corporate meetings and marketing duties
