Plans and directs the development, administration and evaluation of the clinical service budget (operating and capital) and maintains accountability for sound fiscal management. Coaches, counsels and appraises employees regarding performance and/or disciplinary matters according to policy. Maintains continuing quality performance and performance improvement analysis and evaluations of patient care delivery.
