Job Description

Ambulatory Clinic RN
13 Week Travel Assignment

Responsible for the delivery of patient care in an Ambulatory Care Clinic setting through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
This is an outpatient environment where the individual is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on nursing practice standards.
The nurse must be able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals throughout the organization to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient care and to achieve the best possible patient outcome. As the situation may require this individual may serve as a resource person for other clinicians and patients.
Must be able to apply both age specific considerations and cultural diversity when rendering patient care.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
One year minimum RN experience required, preferably in a similar setting.
License, Certification, Registration

In addition, must be licensed in good standing in the State of Alaska as a Registered Professional Nurse.
Current BLS.
