Job Description

Nursing Director - Children's Medical Unit Full Time- Day Shift This position is responsible for the clinical and administrative functions of a 40 bed Children's Medical Unit. This includes: strategic planning, customer relations, budget development, financial and productivity management, continuous quality improvement, staff recruitment and retention, staff development, marketing, interfacing on operations with internal and external constituents, and directing or leading activities in the department to insure that patients receive highest value patient care.
