Job Description

Pediatric Project Nurse Manager The purpose of this position is to manage, coordinate, direct, consult and evaluate pediatric services within home care and the facility as a whole to ensure appropriate standard of care. In addition the incumbent will manage projects for Home Health and Hospice such as working with staffing agencies, facilitating the implementation of the Healing Connections, clinical contracts and other initiatives as they come forward.
