Registered Nurse Telemetry
Night Shift / 7p-7a
Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.
Acts as a patient advocate.
Provides support, information and direct care.
Educates patients and families on significant self care issues.
Practices in accordance with ANA standards, State Practice Act, the facility's Policy and unit or departmental standards.

Requirements for this job:
Current RN license within the state of practice
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
